Construction Update, March, 2021: luxury villa “RODA DE BARA” is under construction process in a fascinating area in the province of Tarragona.

The housing program is developed in two levels above ground and offers 360 m2. The division of the functional program corresponds to the classic separation between the day zone and the night zone. The project is organically combined with the surrounding landscape, and not only using expressive materials, but also through its forms.

DNA presents a new iconic project “Yacht Club Tower”, for Mumbai, India. The complex represents a residential building which consists of 4 penthouses with infinite pools, podium, parking, inside gardens, common green zone with a swimming pool for rest, what give an added value to the project.

The project was developed in the strategic location with the goal to maximize sea views. The design comes from the nautical character of the port of Mumbai and the shapes of façade reflect the famous Indian calligraphy. The combination of different materials and structures produce a more agile rhythm of the building.

The building will be well related with already existing architecture in the zone and is capable to correspond to all modern user´s needs offering a unique space to live, work and relax.

DNA unveils “Yacht Club Tower” for Mumbai, India, a new residential iconic project situated in a strategic location. The building represents a set of 4 penthouses with podium and parking, offering the most modern conditions for life and privacy for its residents.

The design of “Yacht Club Tower” was inspired from the nautical character of the port of Mumbai as well as from the Indian calligraphy for the shapes of the facade. The white exterior forms envelop the crystal walls and create a sense of protection. The geometric forms, simple and at the same time massive and visible make it possible to emphasize the unique design of the building allowing to stand out from the rest of nearby constructions, becoming absolute protagonist.

The complex offers inside gardens, common zone with a swimming pool where people can rest and enjoy the activities such as yoga and an amazing roof floor from where the dwellers can appreciate the breath-taking views of India.
